Support ophthalmologists and optometrists by documenting patient history in the EMR, measuring visual acuity, using lensometers, handling medication refills and administering ordered eye drops, stocking rooms, performing basic billing/coding tasks, and assisting with chart audits and clinical office duties across multiple locations.

Provide hands-on HR support across assigned Tennessee locations with 60–70% travel. Manage onboarding, employee relations, performance documentation, compliance, investigations, manager guidance, HR operational processes, and partner with payroll/benefits/talent teams to improve engagement and staffing outcomes.

Requires frequent travel to execute People & Culture programs, investigate workplace issues, and partner with payroll, benefits, and talent teams to maintain consistent HR processes.

Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and community partners, coordinate outreach and educational events, promote clinical services, track referral trends with CRM, collaborate with marketing and clinical teams, represent the organization at community events, and support strategic initiatives to increase patient referrals and access.

Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and data models to support operational, financial, and clinical stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable reports, develop and optimize SQL queries, ensure data integrity, and support healthcare analytics (revenue cycle, claims, payer mix). Collaborate cross-functionally, document models/processes, and contribute to BI governance and automation efforts.

Oversee multi-site clinic operations including financial performance, budgeting, HR, compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), physician relations, marketing, inventory, reporting, and patient experience. Lead staff development, onboarding, and business development while coordinating travel and operational improvements across clinics.
