Build and maintain relationships with referring providers and community partners, coordinate outreach and educational events, promote clinical services, track referral trends with CRM, collaborate with marketing and clinical teams, represent the organization at community events, and support strategic initiatives to increase patient referrals and access.

Provide clinical and administrative support to ophthalmologists and optometrists: obtain/document patient history, determine visual acuity, perform basic clinical tasks (administer eye drops, use lensometer), enter data into EMR, manage scheduling and medication refills, complete chart audits, and follow clinic care pathways.

Oversee multi-site clinic operations including financial performance, budgeting, HR, compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), physician relations, marketing, inventory, reporting, and patient experience. Lead staff development, onboarding, and business development while coordinating travel and operational improvements across clinics.
