Manage production and execution of internal and external marketing for six club locations: design and post marketing materials, create and analyze social media, maintain website copy, send promotional emails, manage photo/video library, support events and community partnerships, and ensure brand consistency while coordinating with department heads.

Provide individualized nail services (manicures, pedicures), maintain sanitation and clean workspaces, restock supplies, greet and document client information, advise on nail care, and support spa product sales and club events.

Teach private and group tennis lessons for all ages and skill levels, lead clinics and junior programs, co-captain JTT teams, organize match play and events, provide pro-shop advice and stringing, assist with light court maintenance, and support club tournaments and member engagement.

Sell and onboard new club members, meet sales and outreach targets, tour prospects, operate membership software, handle member issues, support retention, and promote club events.
