Leads membership sales performance across an assigned market, recruiting, training, coaching, and managing Membership Advisors. Establishes sales expectations, monitors performance, implements lead management and sales processes, and partners with club managers and marketing to drive membership growth, retention, and market penetration. Analyzes sales metrics and competitor activity, supports promotional initiatives, attends community events, and travels frequently among clubs to provide leadership and coaching.

Generates new club memberships by prospecting, making calls, producing leads, scheduling appointments, touring prospective members, and meeting sales goals. Maintains member satisfaction and retention through relationship building, follow-up, issue resolution, and communication about club events. Promotes memberships and programs, operates membership management software, and supports club activities and cleanliness. Requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Leads membership sales performance across multiple fitness clubs in an assigned market. Recruits, trains, coaches, and manages Membership Advisors; oversees sales processes, lead follow-up, performance metrics, and accountability. Partners with club managers and marketing teams to drive membership growth, retention, and market penetration. Analyzes trends and conversion data, supports promotions and events, ensures consistent member experience, and travels frequently among assigned clubs.

Teach private and group tennis lessons for all ages and levels; lead clinics and junior programs; co-captain JTT teams; run match play, events, and pro shop services including racquet advice and stringing; assist with light court maintenance and support club tournaments and USTA matches while representing the club positively.

Lead and develop Membership Advisor teams across multiple clubs to achieve membership sales goals. Recruit, train, coach, monitor performance, manage lead follow-up and reporting, partner with GMs and Marketing, attend community events, and travel regularly between clubs to ensure consistent sales execution and member experience.

Provide individualized nail services (manicures, pedicures), maintain sanitation and clean workspaces, restock supplies, greet and document client information, advise on nail care, and support spa product sales and club events.
