Entry-level rotational management role preparing participants to lead health club departments and operations. Responsibilities include cross-training across club functions, supporting membership sales, events, fitness, childcare, food and beverage, facilities, and member services; covering management vacancies; supervising teams; recruiting and training staff; managing schedules, payroll, budgets, revenue, expenses, policies, and customer service. The role requires travel among clubs within the assigned market and occasional emergency support in other markets.

Generates new club memberships by prospecting, conducting outreach, scheduling appointments, touring prospective members, meeting sales goals, and following up with leads. Supports member satisfaction and retention, handles membership changes, promotes club programs and events, and maintains knowledge of pricing, policies, and procedures. Requires strong communication, customer service, computer, and interpersonal skills, along with flexibility to work varied shifts.
