Requires participation in training, occasional on-site meetings, trade shows, and weekly office sales meetings.

Sell recurring-revenue products and equipment, develop quarterly sales plans, manage CRM records, provide consultative client service, prepare quotes/contracts, collaborate with installation and billing teams, attend meetings and trade shows, and meet NPS and gross-profit targets.

Design, specify, and document AV systems; perform site surveys and client needs analysis; create CAD drawings, BOMs, and schematics; collaborate with sales and installation teams; provide post-install support, troubleshooting, calibration, and end-user training; work with architects and engineers to integrate AV into building systems.

Update and revise low-voltage drawings from redlines; create layouts, reflected ceiling plans, rack elevations, schematics, and structured cabling/network wiring diagrams; maintain CAD standards and drawing sets; collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines.
