Lead and manage clinical and operational functions of a maternal-fetal sonography department. Perform advanced MFM ultrasound exams, ensure QA and regulatory compliance, mentor staff, manage scheduling and resources, coordinate with physicians, and support accreditation and continuous improvement.

Perform outpatient high-risk obstetrical diagnostic sonograms, operate sonography equipment independently, document and communicate findings via EMR/PACS, maintain equipment and QA, travel to satellite offices, and maintain certifications and continuing education.
