Troubleshoots Ticketmaster issues, assists guests with mobile tickets and app downloads, researches ticket scan history, reprints or sells tickets, and supports event-day operations. The role requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, outdoor work, and attendance at most arena events.

Designs, builds, deploys, and scales AI-powered tools and workflows for sales, partnerships, ticketing, marketing, retail, and venue revenue teams. Integrates AI solutions with CRM, analytics, APIs, and automation platforms; measures adoption, productivity, and revenue impact; ensures security, privacy, governance, and brand alignment. The role also evaluates AI vendors, documents best practices, trains commercial teams, conducts competitive research, and supports leadership with AI strategy and demonstrations.

Leads HVAC operations and maintenance for a large sports and entertainment venue. Oversees mechanical systems, inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, work priorities, vendors, purchasing, budgets, capital planning, staffing, training, and safety compliance. Supervises and develops engineering personnel while ensuring reliable building-system performance during events and non-event periods. Provides emergency and on-call support and coordinates with contractors and internal stakeholders.

Receives and documents incident information, verifies facts, writes timely objective reports, and communicates details to dispatch and security leadership. Supports event security through patron screening, access control, and venue safety. Maintains radio discipline, manages multiple incidents, follows confidentiality and safety procedures, and collaborates with Security and Guest Experience teams. Requires flexible availability for events, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods of standing.

Supports employees and leaders across HR operations, employee relations, engagement, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compliance. Manage and maintain the arena’s IPTV system, signage programming, audio systems, and AV infrastructure. Coordinate video and audio programming requests, troubleshoot technical and network issues, support system upgrades, and assist senior engineers with event setup and live production operations. The role requires knowledge of IP networking, VLANs, Multicast, Dante, AV integration, and audio troubleshooting, along with flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and physically demanding event work.
