Supports month-end close across multiple consolidated entities by preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, maintaining fixed asset and prepaid schedules, reviewing invoice coding, and analyzing variances. The role also supports tax filings, audit-ready documentation, process improvements, accounting system enhancements, and ad hoc financial analysis. It requires strong general ledger, multi-entity accounting, revenue recognition, fixed asset, Excel, and ERP experience.

Leads Hawks Studios operations by establishing priorities, workflows, schedules, processes, and operational goals. Manages complex creative projects, resources, budgets, vendors, technology roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives. Partners with leadership and internal stakeholders to balance competing requests, improve efficiency, and protect time for innovation. Champions a collaborative creative culture, motivates team members, and provides structure and communication to ensure projects progress from ideation through completion.

Manages internal retail procurement programs, including strategic sourcing, purchasing, vendor relationships, merchandise assortment, inventory coordination, purchase orders, and fulfillment. Oversees negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, procurement controls, financial analysis, margins, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives. Partners cross-functionally to deliver brand-sensitive merchandise projects, improve processes, resolve issues, and ensure efficient, compliant procurement operations.
