Lead U.S. HR business partner for site-based and remote employees, overseeing payroll, compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, succession and leadership development. Partner with senior leaders on talent risks and change management, coordinate global talent reviews and enterprise initiatives, and manage one direct report to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production, collaborate cross-functionally, own KPIs and SOPs, design and prototype using CAD/CAE, run test/validation and analyze results, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, mentor junior engineers, and manage project schedules and budgets.

Lead quality activities for new product introductions and transfers, ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO standards. Review and approve design control deliverables, lead risk management (FMEA, hazard analyses), support process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ, MSA, software validation), qualify suppliers, resolve development and launch quality issues, participate in audits/inspections, and mentor engineering staff.

Lead site accounting operations including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, audits, cost and inventory accounting, team leadership, process improvement, controls for capital assets and Free Trade Zone compliance, and partner on FP&A, system implementations, and technical accounting issues.

Optimize and validate manufacturing processes for medical devices, lead root-cause analyses and corrective actions, maintain SOPs and documentation, support equipment selection/validation, train production staff, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma to meet KPIs and regulatory requirements.

Serve as a technical partner to sales and commercial teams for medical device OEMs, assessing opportunities, translating requirements into manufacturable solutions, leading DFM/DFX, contributing to RFQs/quotes, and supporting program transitions while ensuring regulatory and manufacturing alignment.

Lead functional support and optimization of Infor CSI (SyteLine) and other enterprise platforms (Workday, Workfront, PLM, OneStream) in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. Perform process discovery, data and integration coordination, UAT, change-control documentation, analytics, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Manage change control and maintenance for mass-production products, create project plans and coordinate teams, analyze production and customer quality issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions, qualify and audit suppliers, update drawings/BOM/MAP/reports, and support cost-saving and Lean/CIP initiatives.
