Leads ATL’s global supply chain strategy and operations across procurement, logistics, inventory, distribution, suppliers, and multiple sites. Oversees risk mitigation, continuous improvement, operational excellence, compliance, quality assurance, and international regulatory requirements. Builds and develops multicultural teams, negotiates supplier agreements, optimizes inventory and delivery performance, and uses analytics and supply chain technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support global growth.

Reviews and approves risk management documentation, process validation protocols, and quality deliverables for NPI projects. Owns MSA and Incoming Inspection programs, conducts audits, monitors quality metrics, supports regulatory and customer audits, and serves as the primary quality liaison with customers throughout product introduction, manufacturing transfer, validation, and issue resolution activities.

Serve as a technical partner to sales and commercial teams for medical device OEMs, assessing opportunities, translating requirements into manufacturable solutions, leading DFM/DFX, contributing to RFQs/quotes, and supporting program transitions while ensuring regulatory and manufacturing alignment.

Lead functional support and optimization of Infor CSI (SyteLine) and other enterprise platforms (Workday, Workfront, PLM, OneStream) in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment. Perform process discovery, data and integration coordination, UAT, change-control documentation, analytics, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Lead U.S. HR business partner for site-based and remote employees, overseeing payroll, compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, succession and leadership development. Partner with senior leaders on talent risks and change management, coordinate global talent reviews and enterprise initiatives, and manage one direct report to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production, collaborate cross-functionally, own KPIs and SOPs, design and prototype using CAD/CAE, run test/validation and analyze results, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, mentor junior engineers, and manage project schedules and budgets.
