Leads financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, audit support, project accounting, inventory and cost accounting, fixed assets, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. Supports manufacturing finance, operational KPI analysis, process improvement, internal controls, and finance system scalability. Provides leadership and coaching to finance team members while partnering with operations, engineering, IT, and global finance stakeholders.

Reviews and approves risk management documentation, process validation protocols, and quality deliverables for NPI projects. Owns MSA and Incoming Inspection programs, conducts audits, monitors quality metrics, supports regulatory and customer audits, and serves as the primary quality liaison with customers throughout product introduction, manufacturing transfer, validation, and issue resolution activities.

Serve as a technical partner to sales and commercial teams for medical device OEMs, assessing opportunities, translating requirements into manufacturable solutions, leading DFM/DFX, contributing to RFQs/quotes, and supporting program transitions while ensuring regulatory and manufacturing alignment.
