Plan, execute and complete NPI projects on schedule and within budget. Create project plans, schedules and communications; estimate resources; manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and team performance; deliver reports, requirements and presentations.

Manage change control and maintenance for mass-production products, create project plans and coordinate teams, analyze production and customer quality issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions, qualify and audit suppliers, update drawings/BOM/MAP/reports, and support cost-saving and Lean/CIP initiatives.

Lead site accounting operations including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, audits, cost and inventory accounting, team leadership, process improvement, controls for capital assets and Free Trade Zone compliance, and partner on FP&A, system implementations, and technical accounting issues.
