Supports engineering design, testing, analysis, documentation, and development of new products and manufacturing processes. Assists with prototype evaluation, risk assessment, technical problem-solving, and detailed design while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, Good Manufacturing Practice, and documentation standards.

Leads ATL’s global supply chain strategy and operations across procurement, logistics, inventory, distribution, suppliers, and multiple sites. Oversees risk mitigation, continuous improvement, operational excellence, compliance, quality assurance, and international regulatory requirements. Builds and develops multicultural teams, negotiates supplier agreements, optimizes inventory and delivery performance, and uses analytics and supply chain technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support global growth.

Lead U.S. HR business partner for site-based and remote employees, overseeing payroll, compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, succession and leadership development. Partner with senior leaders on talent risks and change management, coordinate global talent reviews and enterprise initiatives, and manage one direct report to ensure effective HR service delivery.
