Own end-to-end customer deployments, build and ship production-grade AI agents and full‑stack features, translate customer patterns into scalable platform capabilities, run SteerCos and onboarding, engage executives, and shape product and GTM through technical leadership.

Build and scale an outbound engine targeting industrial customers: design sequences, run outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, events), qualify leads, and hand off opportunities to AEs and engineering. Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and founders, use AI tools to personalize outreach, and feed market learnings into product and marketing. Rapid growth path into AE role within 8–18 months.

Lead Atira's brand and product marketing: build messaging, own visual identity and design system, drive LinkedIn and event presence, produce customer stories and launch narratives, and enable sales/recruiting with assets.

Work directly with founders to build and scale company operations, lead hiring, and help establish GTM and revenue processes. Own end-to-end projects, drive process design, and act as a high-agency operator interfacing with customers and internal teams.

Build and scale the platform, integrations, and AI pipelines that run agent-driven workflows for industrial customers. Own backend services, APIs, enterprise connectors (SAP/Salesforce/PLM), CI/CD, observability, and high-throughput ETL to ensure reliability at industrial scale.

Build and scale agent runtimes, SDKs, harnesses and evals for industrial AI; improve ontology, tooling, sandboxing and observability; handle multimodal industrial data and millions of concurrent LLM requests; own AI infra and support FDEs in production.

Build and operate the GTM technical stack: convert inbound leads into qualified pipeline, scale outbound workflows and deliverability, own GTM analytics and data layer, enable founder and sales leverage, run event targeting/automation, build tailored product demos, and feed win/loss and ICP signals back to product.

Design and build frontend surfaces where AI agents and humans interact: chat/HITL, document review, agent traces, diffs and approval flows. Lead frontend architecture and design system, implement performant UIs for large multimodal documents, ship vertical full-stack features, and ensure reliability with tests (Playwright) and production-grade polish.

Own the full sales cycle to close new DACH industrial logos: discovery, demo, business case, pilots, procurement, contracts and post-sale upsell. Multi-thread buying committees, partner with Forward Deployed Engineers, feed product/pricing/ICP feedback, and build the AE playbook for future hires.
