Own enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through renewal alongside an FDE Tech Lead. Scope AI agent use cases, run governance meetings, drive onboarding, translate customer needs into scalable product features, and support long-term growth plans. Represent Atira at industry events, create customer stories, and manage executive relationships. The role combines customer-facing project leadership, technical sales-process analysis, product judgment, and deployment strategy across DACH and occasional international customers.

Own the product vision across customer accounts, distinguish scalable platform needs from customer-specific requests, and prioritize features that compound over time. Build and ship production-grade AI agents and full-stack capabilities spanning the agent harness and user interface. Work closely with customers and forward-deployed engineers, translate complex industrial sales processes into software, review code, collect feedback, and shape product architecture and strategy.
