Leads Indigenous-led community safety and well-being planning, implementation, and evaluation. Identifies safety risks and trends, develops culturally grounded prevention strategies, coordinates consultations, needs assessments, data collection, and stakeholder engagement, and manages internal and external communications. Programs address substance use, family violence, community disorder, vulnerable populations, long-term wellness, and crime prevention.

The Quality Manager develops, implements, maintains, and improves the organization’s Quality Management System in alignment with ISO 9001. Responsibilities include coordinating quality planning and evaluations, conducting internal audits and compliance assessments, maintaining quality documentation and process maps, identifying improvement opportunities, and preparing quality performance reports for executive management.

Lead and manage the Nation's financial operations including planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial analysis, reporting, audit preparation, and compliance. Serve as senior financial advisor to the CEO, Gimaa, and Council; review departmental budgets and consolidate the annual organizational budget.
