Support Planning and Infrastructure by coordinating, documenting, monitoring, and communicating community infrastructure projects. Gather site data, attend contractor meetings, record change requests and scope impacts, assist preparing weekly and monthly reports, and work with the Project Manager, contractors, engineers, and consultants to support safe, timely, and accountable project delivery.

Provide administrative, operational, and organizational support for cultural, recreational, wellness, language, and community programs. Manage calendars, meetings, travel, documents, records, budgets, and communications. Prepare reports, meeting packages, minutes, funding submissions, and coordinate with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, leadership, community members, and external partners to ensure effective program delivery.

Develop and execute external and internal communications, media relations, and community outreach for the Political Office. Create PR campaigns, events, and promotional materials; write and distribute press releases; collaborate with Communications Coordinator; maintain newsletter, flyers, website content, and measure communication activities.
