Operate and set up furnaces to produce titanium and titanium-alloy ingots, clean and prepare equipment, load electrodes, perform furnace evacuation and inspections, rotate to production floor for maintenance, and follow standard operating procedures in a controlled environment.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will manage shift operations focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and staff training while promoting continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Lead and optimize hot-working processes for Nickel, Titanium, and specialty steels (open-die press forging, radial forging, hot rolling). Apply thermal/deformation modeling, analyze thermo-mechanical data, resolve non-conformances, drive yield and cost improvements, support R&D/product standardization, collaborate with Operations/Quality/Maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement and customer audits.
