Lead full-life-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried manufacturing, engineering, and technical roles. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and industry channels; manage candidate experience and ATS (ADP RM); build talent pipelines; partner with hiring managers on competency-based interviews; track and report recruiting metrics; support campus outreach and diversity sourcing.

Operate and set up remelt furnaces and related equipment; perform welding, air-arc gouging, grinding, shot blasting, and hot pours; operate forklifts and cranes; maintain logs and records; follow safety procedures and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting to meet production cycle times.

Operate and maintain forge shop equipment including furnaces, saws, grinders, and charging machines. Perform material handling, staging, loading/unloading, quality checks, data logging, and report defects. Cross-train across shop-floor roles, follow safety procedures, and support production schedules and documentation.
