Supports compensation analysis, market pricing, internal equity reviews, salary recommendations, and administration of merit, incentive, and long-term incentive programs. Develops reports, analytical models, salary structures, and compensation tools while partnering with HR, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS stakeholders. Handles confidential data, supports compensation planning and budgeting, communicates compensation practices, and improves related processes and data quality.

Create and update production schedules, align manufacturing and shipment plans, manage inventory targets and KPIs, coordinate cross-functional planning, reschedule batches for quality issues, and lead process improvement initiatives.

Designs and develops electrical systems for machinery, equipment, buildings, facilities, substations, power distribution, lighting, automation, and control circuitry. Produces layouts, drawings, specifications, bills of material, procedures, and technical reports. Troubleshoots electrical issues, maintains mission-critical systems, implements automation solutions, collaborates across departments, supports customers, and may direct small technical teams.
