Leads cross-functional business initiatives involving Oracle Order Management and Supply Chain applications. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, project planning, system design collaboration, QA/UAT, training, deployment support, and continuous improvement. Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and Digital Technology, translating business needs into enterprise technology solutions while managing resources, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Operate manufacturing equipment in a rotary forge department to heat-treat metal coils and bars. Responsibilities include moving materials through furnaces and quench tanks, cutting and straightening materials, banding bundles, weighing products, applying protective paint, monitoring furnace loading, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires basic math and computer skills, measuring ability, mechanical aptitude, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a rotating night-shift position.

Operate vacuum induction melting furnaces to refine metals and alloys, meet melt-cycle targets, maintain production records, perform sampling and addback calculations, pour heats, assist with hot transfers, complete basic furnace maintenance, operate forklifts and cranes, and follow safety procedures.
