Perform water-immersion ultrasonic inspections of aerospace components, set up and scan parts, document defects, prepare and handle materials, learn ATI procedures, and progress through training milestones toward certification.

Perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, installation, alignment, and preventative maintenance on plant mechanical equipment. Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, power transmission and steam systems, use lifting and machining tools, maintain records, assist engineering/contractors on projects, follow safety and regulatory standards, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Lead a team of process engineers for a metals production facility to manage process quality, reduce Cost of Poor Quality, drive process improvements, maintain documentation, support audits, and enable product certification.
