Designs, develops, tests, and maintains scalable web applications and enterprise software for Baseball Operations. Responsibilities include .NET development, responsive front-end interfaces, RESTful API integration, SQL Server optimization, automated testing, troubleshooting, code reviews, technical mentoring, documentation, and architecture improvements. The role supports critical business operations, including non-traditional schedules, events, Spring Training, conferences, and game operations travel.

Leads the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data architecture, including warehouses, lakes, lakehouses, operational platforms, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Manages and mentors data team members, guides cloud and technology decisions, and collaborates with Baseball Research and Development teams to optimize data storage, quality, querying, and delivery. Supports advanced data models, AI-enabled architectures, large datasets, and reporting platforms while accommodating nontraditional schedules and travel.

Coordinates educational, cultural, and professional development programs for minor league players, including English instruction, life-skills support, mentorship, community service, and career resources. Supports international players with U.S. acclimation, appointments, translations, immigration documentation, and visa processes. Collaborates with baseball operations, player development, vendors, and internal departments. Requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, discretion, strong organization, a valid driver’s license, schedule flexibility, and domestic and international travel.

Lead design, operation, and continuous improvement of ballpark broadcast, AV, scoreboard, and live-event production systems. Manage control room, IP/fiber workflows, LED displays, audio, replay/graphics, vendor relationships, staff hiring/training, budgets, procurement, and cross-functional execution for games, concerts, and events.

Lead strategy and execution for ticketing, venue commerce, and fan identity to grow identified fans and revenue. Manage technology integrations, partner with MLB and vendors, optimize pricing and digital payments, and deliver data-driven insights and KPIs to improve fan engagement and venue commerce.
