The Advertising Monetization Specialist will optimize ad revenue streams for mobile games, analyzing key metrics, managing ad networks, advising product teams, negotiating partnership terms, and implementing best practices based on market research.

Play and analyze mobile competitor games, documenting features, mechanics, monetization, UX, progression, and visual trends. Produce screenshots, recordings, and written reports to inform internal art and design decisions while using AI tools to streamline research and reporting.

Create, execute, and maintain test cases for mobile games; report and triage defects; align testing status with development; improve testing processes and collaboration across QA teams; use test tools and AI to optimize testing; support Agile workflows and follow up on development requests.
