Own client–EA relationships: onboard, align priorities, resolve escalations, and ensure continuity. Lead and coach a team of 15–18 Executive Assistants, track performance, drive process improvements, and support global, cross-cultural operations including night shifts and rotating schedules.

Manage end-to-end payroll and statutory Guatemalan obligations (Bono 14, Aguinaldo, IGSS), reconcile payroll to the GL, process AP via Tipalti, maintain records in QuickBooks and HRIS, support audits and month/year-end close, and partner with HR on employee lifecycle and complex payroll inquiries.
