Serve as the client–EA relationship lead: build and maintain client partnerships, resolve escalations, align EA capabilities, lead and develop a team of 15–18 EAs, drive process improvements, and manage global/timezone coordination to ensure member satisfaction and operational profitability.

Lead and grow a Platform Engineering team responsible for business-critical systems across sales, operations, billing, and AI. Define platform architecture and roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, build reusable workflow and integration systems, improve operational reliability and engineering practices, measure platform impact on business metrics, and communicate progress and tradeoffs to stakeholders.

The AI Engineering Intern will develop and enhance Large Language Models to improve task workflows, automate processes, and prototype AI features for client productivity.
