Executes technical services projects across AEC disciplines, with primary expertise in MEP, Scan-to-BIM, and modeling. Produces accurate technical outputs using Autodesk tools, supports demonstrations, communicates workflows and outcomes to customers, follows quality standards, and participates in peer reviews. The role requires adaptability across project types, ongoing technical development, and willingness to expand capabilities across architecture, structural, civil, MEP, and construction/VDC verticals.

Build scalable and resilient Python Django web applications, APIs, SaaS products, mobile solutions, and enterprise integrations. Design back-end architecture, APIs, data models, and integrations; conduct code reviews; ensure secure, performant, maintainable code; mentor developers; document systems; estimate work; and plan project timelines. The role also involves AWS and Azure infrastructure, CI/CD, Docker, observability, and collaboration with product and front-end teams.

Leads and develops a team of Business Development Executives and Account Managers, driving pipeline growth, sales targets, forecasting, complex deal negotiations, hiring, coaching, and market strategy. The role requires hands-on sales leadership in B2B software or technology sales, with responsibility for team performance, customer acquisition, retention, and quarterly growth initiatives.
