Serve as primary client contact to lead planning, demos, and delivery across design and development teams. Manage timelines, budgets, priorities, and requirements; remove blockers, mentor teams, and translate client needs into actionable guidance. Identify opportunities to expand scope while ensuring solutions remain practical, scalable, and aligned with client goals.

Execute technical services across AEC project types with primary vertical expertise (Architecture, Structural, Civil, MEP, or VDC). Perform Scan-to-BIM and modeling, follow standards and quality checks, support demos and customer interactions, adapt across disciplines, and grow technical breadth while maintaining billability and high-quality deliverables.

Full-cycle B2B sales role targeting AEC clients: prospecting, discovery, relationship building, closing deals, meeting sales targets, collaborating with pre-sales and account teams, and maintaining pipeline in CRM. Requires in-person onboarding week and periodic travel between offices.
