Own customer relationships for assigned accounts, monitor account health and risk, escalate issues to managers, support retention and ARR, capture success stories, and coordinate with delivery teams to align expectations and identify expansion opportunities.

Hunt and develop government (state, local, education) opportunities by building relationships, tracking funding cycles, leading outcome-driven discovery, navigating procurement, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining CRM records, and managing long sales cycles to position ATG as a trusted partner.

Perform complex accounting tasks including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, financial reporting, multi-state sales and use tax filings, audit support, variance analysis, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating accounting projects and internal controls.
