Leads Technical Services project execution from kickoff through completion, overseeing scope, schedules, risks, resources, utilization, quality, and issue resolution. Manages and develops Technical Specialists through performance coaching, accountability, onboarding, and skill development. Reviews Statements of Work, ensures delivery feasibility, coordinates staffing, monitors project outcomes, and drives corrective actions. The role also supports reporting, capacity planning, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across the technical services organization.

Leads Technical Services project execution from kickoff through completion, including scope review, delivery planning, issue resolution, resource assignment, utilization management, and quality oversight. Manages and develops Technical Specialists through performance coaching, documentation, onboarding, and capability development. Partners with leadership on staffing, reporting, delivery readiness, and systemic improvements. Ensures projects remain on scope, on schedule, executable, and aligned with quality and customer expectations.

Executes technical services projects across AEC disciplines, with primary expertise in MEP, Scan-to-BIM, and modeling. Produces accurate technical outputs using Autodesk tools, supports demonstrations, communicates workflows and outcomes to customers, follows quality standards, and participates in peer reviews. The role requires adaptability across project types, ongoing technical development, and willingness to expand capabilities across architecture, structural, civil, MEP, and construction/VDC verticals.
