Serve as ATC's primary community and stakeholder liaison for major transmission projects. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, lead public outreach and meetings, build trusted relationships with local governments, landowners, and community leaders, communicate technical information clearly, anticipate and address community concerns, and partner with cross-functional teams to support project planning and decision-making.

Entry-level rotation program for electrical engineers to rotate across functional engineering teams supporting planning, design, operation, and maintenance of the electric transmission system. Participate in projects, analyze technical information, learn engineering standards and regulations, collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and pursue targeted professional development and mentoring.
