Own and improve component manufacturing processes: design tooling and work instructions, lead FMEA/Control Plan/PPAP, launch new products, drive lean improvements, mentor production staff, and collaborate with Program/Quality/Operations to maximize safety, quality, productivity, yield, and cost targets.

Develops daily production schedules by product line; reviews production capability and material availability; identifies and resolves material shortfalls; orders cores; coordinates with supervisors; expedites and adjusts schedules; prepares performance and forecast reports; maintains work orders on the tracking dashboard.

Manage gauge lab operations, calibrate and maintain gauge inventory, perform MSA and daily CMM checks, support production and engineering, generate corrective documentation, and ensure adherence to quality, materials, and safety procedures.

Develop, improve, and maintain end-of-line and in-process test systems for manufacturing. Perform statistical analysis to improve product acceptance and defect detection. Troubleshoot electrical controls, hydraulic systems, and test equipment; recommend replacements and preventive maintenance. Interface with customers and production for test validation, provide status reports, and ensure quality management system adherence.

Lead drive-audit and vehicle validation activities to meet customer requirements; manage fleet maintenance, diagnostic portals, and compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001; coach Drive Audit Techs and support containment and audit validations.

Manage plant cost accounting and reporting: develop cost models, calculate burdens and variances, identify cost savings using Six Sigma, support monthly close, quoting, forecasting, AOP, and lead the local accounting team while ensuring MMOG and ISO 14001 compliance.

Manage the Quality Management System and lead Quality Engineers/Supervisors to drive root-cause analysis, warranty reduction, PCP and APQP/PPAP activities, customer and supplier quality interactions, corrective/preventive actions, and continuous improvement (Lean) across production.

Oversee production supervisors and plant production standards to meet safety, quality (TS16949/IATF-16949, ISO 14001), delivery, and cost targets. Coach and evaluate supervisors, enforce policies and procedures, review metrics, manage hiring/training/discipline, and ensure housekeeping and equipment/process quality. Work assigned shifts and extended hours as needed.

Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts, read blueprints, measure and verify dimensions, perform trial runs, fit and assemble parts, perform operator maintenance, resolve machining issues with engineers/programmers, and follow ISO 14001 procedures and safety standards.
