Owns and improves manufacturing processes for component parts, including process design, tooling, workstations, operating instructions, FMEA, control plans, and lean initiatives. Collaborates with engineering, quality, maintenance, operations, customers, and leadership to improve safety, quality, productivity, yield, throughput, and cost. Leads root-cause analysis, process validation, PPAP submissions, new product launches, capital planning, troubleshooting, training, and implementation of best practices across the manufacturing enterprise.

Supports the integration of robots, programmable controllers, machinery, and equipment into manufacturing processes. Assists with equipment specifications, tooling and fixture design, programming, installation, testing, maintenance planning, safety procedures, process modeling, troubleshooting, training, and production improvement initiatives. Collaborates with engineering and other departments while participating in technical meetings and training.

Develops daily production schedules by product line; reviews production capability and material availability; identifies and resolves material shortfalls; orders cores; coordinates with supervisors; expedites and adjusts schedules; prepares performance and forecast reports; maintains work orders on the tracking dashboard.

Develop and launch remanufacturable products through customer collaboration, BOM and specification development, supplier engagement, failure-mode research, and coordination with manufacturing, program management, and quality teams. Represent company to customers, manage documentation and change control, and drive continuous safety and process improvements.
