Lead production personnel and processes to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Supervise up to 120 employees, support scheduling, training, troubleshooting, lean improvements, material control, and compliance with TS16949 and ISO 14001.

Supports the integration of robots, programmable controllers, machinery, and equipment into manufacturing processes. Assists with equipment specifications, tooling and fixture design, programming, installation, testing, maintenance planning, safety procedures, process modeling, troubleshooting, training, and production improvement initiatives. Collaborates with engineering and other departments while participating in technical meetings and training.

Leads production personnel and processes for safety, quality, staffing, materials, and schedule performance. Audits products and scrap, directs machine or method adjustments, maintains 5S and production records, supports continuous improvement, trains and cross-trains employees, and assists with performance reviews and supervision of 10–25 production workers. Performs production-worker duties as needed.
