Develops and maintains process control plans and PFMEAs; leads root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality improvement teams. The role requires strong manufacturing-process, statistical, communication, mentoring, and technical-writing skills, with automotive quality-system and customer/supplier relationship experience.

Manages customer relationships, sales development, pricing, contracts, billing coordination, order delivery, and issue resolution. Develops strategies to retain and expand business, attract new customers, recover cost increases, negotiate agreements, monitor satisfaction, and coordinate cross-functional problem solving. Requires strong communication, financial coordination, customer service, analytical, presentation, and CRM skills.

Owns and improves manufacturing processes for component parts, including process design, tooling, workstations, operating instructions, FMEA, control plans, and lean initiatives. Collaborates with engineering, quality, maintenance, operations, customers, and leadership to improve safety, quality, productivity, yield, throughput, and cost. Leads root-cause analysis, process validation, PPAP submissions, new product launches, capital planning, troubleshooting, training, and implementation of best practices across the manufacturing enterprise.
