Manage and supervise the Test Engineering department and end-of-line test stands, establish test standards, ensure QMS adherence, develop test capacity, lead R&D for test protocols, troubleshoot issues, support feasibility/quoting, and provide status updates to program management. Responsible for staffing, training, safety, equipment utilization, and continuous improvement.

Manage plant cost accounting and reporting: develop cost models, calculate burdens and variances, identify cost savings using Six Sigma, support monthly close, quoting, forecasting, AOP, and lead the local accounting team while ensuring MMOG and ISO 14001 compliance.

Manages the quality management system for automotive production, leading Quality Engineers, Supervisors, and up to 25 employees. Oversees warranty analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, process control plans, APQP/PPAP quality activities, customer and supplier relations, ISO and IATF compliance, continuous improvement, and customer visits. Provides team leadership, training, performance management, and cross-functional support for product launches and critical quality issues.
