Provide in-house legal support focused on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing and commercial agreements for game development, publishing, branding, and digital media. Write and edit brand-aligned marketing copy for retro game manuals, websites, email, packaging, and product descriptions. Research franchise history, maintain Atari brand voice, apply style/licensing guidelines, collaborate with design and cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects to support campaigns and product launches.

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and build automation for multi-platform game builds. Manage cloud and on-prem infrastructure, container orchestration, source control, observability, and console packaging/certification workflows. Develop internal tooling, support integrations with game back-ends, and partner with global teams to improve build reliability and release processes.

Lead end-to-end delivery for technical programs across infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations. Maintain a single source of truth for projects, map cross-team dependencies, drive decision forums, prepare executive briefs, and build AI-driven automation and integrations (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack/Teams) to reduce manual coordination. Build KPI dashboards, detect risks early, and resolve blockers through stakeholder influence and technical literacy.

Lead Atari's global tax function: build in-house capabilities, manage compliance (CIT, transfer pricing, indirect taxes), oversee IP structuring and transfer pricing, handle ASC 740 and audits, optimize R&D incentives, support M&A, manage Luxembourg parent-company tax matters and India obligations, monitor legislation (Pillar Two), and govern tax risk and advisor relationships across jurisdictions.
