Lead end-to-end delivery for technical programs across infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations. Maintain a single source of truth for projects, map cross-team dependencies, drive decision forums, prepare executive briefs, and build AI-driven automation and integrations (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack/Teams) to reduce manual coordination. Build KPI dashboards, detect risks early, and resolve blockers through stakeholder influence and technical literacy.

Lead Atari's global tax function: build in-house capabilities, manage compliance (CIT, transfer pricing, indirect taxes), oversee IP structuring and transfer pricing, handle ASC 740 and audits, optimize R&D incentives, support M&A, manage Luxembourg parent-company tax matters and India obligations, monitor legislation (Pillar Two), and govern tax risk and advisor relationships across jurisdictions.

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across games, e‑commerce, licensing, and hardware. Build and maintain spreadsheet-based financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses. Coordinate with India-based FP&A team, partner with department heads for inputs, support M&A scenario planning, and drive process improvements as systems evolve.
