Serve as the primary contact for physicians, laboratories, hospitals, patients, and internal teams. Resolve questions about oncology tests, billing, orders, and results while maintaining accurate documentation. Coordinate with Sales and clients to address missing data and ensure timely test delivery. Research escalated issues, identify root causes, communicate resolutions, and support process improvements. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and familiarity with Salesforce and healthcare or diagnostics workflows.

Build and lead Ataraxis’s pharma partnership business, from identifying and engaging target companies through negotiation and contract signing. Develop applications of clinical AI for companion diagnostics, biomarker discovery, patient stratification, and trial rescue. Maintain relationships with pharma decision-makers, translate technical capabilities for scientific and business audiences, inform research and product priorities, and partner with legal and leadership on deal strategy, forecasting, and execution.
