Leads business and systems analysis for complex futures trading technology initiatives. Defines and governs requirements, maps processes and integrations, facilitates senior stakeholder decisions, supports testing and implementation, assesses operational readiness, and ensures traceability, resilience, compliance, and production support. Coordinates analysts, architects, engineers, testers, vendors, and operations teams while mentoring analysts and improving analysis standards.

Analyzes stakeholder and system needs for ASX market announcement and reference data platforms. The role translates business processes into technical requirements, specifications, user stories, data mappings, interface documentation, and process models. It collaborates with vendors, business analysts, designers, and engineering teams, while supporting functional, system integration, and user acceptance testing. The position also documents data flows, integration points, entity relationships, sequence diagrams, and system configurations.

Owns downstream data and reporting product outcomes for ASX’s CHESS Replacement Release 2 Settlement program. Translates stakeholder needs into prioritised backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; supports sprint delivery, dependency management, scope refinement, and product guidance. Partners with stakeholders, business analysts, and delivery teams to validate requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose reports, extracts, interfaces, and other consumer-facing data capabilities.
