Lead RTL Design Engineer for wireless baseband architecture, overseeing design teams, implementing RTL designs, and ensuring adherence to methodologies.

Create, organize, and maintain technical documentation (user manuals, specs, installation and integration guides, release notes, FAQs). Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA to translate complex telecom and space communication concepts into clear, structured content, maintain version-controlled repositories, produce diagrams, and support proposals and customer communications.

The Lead RF Hardware Design Engineer will lead the design and development of RF hardware for satellite communication systems, guiding a team through complex design challenges.

Design and operate crash-safe binary data formats, relational schemas via async ORMs, HPC batch/interactive job lifecycle, async streaming APIs with backpressure and RBAC, and integrate backend calls to external AI/LLM services.

Develop native desktop UIs and high-density 3D visualizations using C++ and a native GUI toolkit (e.g., Qt). Implement custom shaders, instanced rendering, camera controls, scene graph management, REST and async streaming client integration, role-based UI behavior, and build OS installer/packaging with configurable endpoints.
