The QA Engineer tests complex Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions throughout the Agile SDLC. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, test planning, execution across desktop and mobile environments, integration testing, defect management, retesting, reporting, estimation, and continuous QA process improvement. The role requires collaboration with Agile teams and proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr.
