Responsibilities include RFP responses, effort estimation, solution modeling, demos, client presentations, escalation management, platform best practices, and development of Salesforce solution accelerators. The role requires deep Apex, Lightning, API, architecture, and full Salesforce SDLC expertise, along with team leadership and technical thought leadership.

Lead enterprise Salesforce solution architecture from presales through delivery, mentoring development teams and defining scalable technical roadmaps. Design Salesforce integrations, autonomous Agentforce workflows, Data Cloud and AI implementations, Lightning solutions, and event-driven architectures. Support demos, estimates, client presentations, MVP prototyping, UX journey mapping, technical governance, issue resolution, Agile delivery, and acceptance criteria. The role requires deep Salesforce expertise across Sales and Service Cloud, complex B2B environments, integrations, identity, large data volumes, and architect certifications.

Develop enterprise e-commerce solutions using Java and Hybris. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, implementing complex functionality, conducting code reviews, collaborating with front-end and QA teams, documenting solutions, supporting developers, improving processes, participating in project meetings, and tracking estimates and task status.
