Support analysis of automotive electronic failures from production and field returns to component level using test equipment. Provide technical product support including reliability testing, design of experiments, and vehicle testing. Ensure quality requirements, analyze production rejects, maintain records, and produce daily/monthly reports.

Manage new model launches, project scheduling, budgeting, reporting, capacity planning, capital expense approvals, and fixed asset inventory. Analyze BOMs and equipment cycle times, apply lean principles, troubleshoot production issues, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Support production quality by auditing line stations, verifying quality records, troubleshooting root causes, sorting suspect products, assisting with machine start-ups and repairs, driving continuous improvement, performing MRB/scrap duties, and maintaining production reporting using MES.

Generate daily mass production schedules, maintain inventory at assigned Job Tree levels, support and enhance production planning systems, ensure MRP generation and report review, update repetitive schedules in the ERP, and perform other assigned duties.

Develops and improves AOI/SPI/AXI SMT processes for automotive ECU production, supports new product builds, equipment selection, process documentation, and drives yield, OEE, scrap and DPMO improvements using lean problem-solving and data analysis. Provides training and cross-functional support.

Support plant HR functions with administrative and clerical tasks, data entry, recruiting assistance, onboarding and orientation, assigned project work, and associate support under HR manager supervision.
