Responsible for administering the DealHub platform, managing workflows, and ensuring data integration with Salesforce and other tools while collaborating with Sales and RevOps for process improvements.

Implement and modernize UI across an enterprise web application: apply new stylesheets, layouts, and screen redesigns while preserving functionality. Enhance existing screens as part of UX modernization, ensure responsiveness, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and high code quality. Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders, and participate in testing and troubleshooting.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-native, scalable microservices and React micro frontends. Provide technical direction, mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, promote test-first development and CI/CD, and improve performance, observability, and security. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and align technical strategies with business objectives.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support clinical laboratory interfaces and integrations (HL7, JSON). Work with vendors, troubleshoot issues, provide production support, audit integrations, document findings, and deliver end-user training for healthcare and clinical laboratory clients.

Operate and support ELT pipelines, design and maintain data warehouse and semantic-layer models, create BI data models and leadership reporting, troubleshoot data issues, prepare data for AI workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve analytics infrastructure and recurring reporting processes.

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components. Build custom functionality and Experience Cloud/Communities portals, support workflows and automated document intake, maintain integrations and customizations, troubleshoot platform issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and follow best practices for testing, deployment, and documentation.

Execute and optimize growth marketing across outbound, paid media, SEO, website tracking, and partner-led lead generation. Set up email and paid campaigns, monitor performance with GA4, prepare reports with insights, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, and continuously improve campaign efficiency and lead quality.

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems with ASP.NET/C#, optimize SQL Server databases and queries, build mobile features using .NET MAUI, use Azure DevOps for CI/CD, debug performance/system issues, and collaborate across teams to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Lead DevOps and Microsoft-stack engineering teams, manage multiple complex projects using PMI and Agile, drive architecture and technical solutions, maintain SOC 2 Type II security standards, support early-life maintenance and escalations, and implement continuous DevOps and responsible AI improvements across the platform.

Design, build, monitor, and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, backend systems, billing platforms, and AWS Redshift. Build reliable API, event-driven, batch, file, and queue-based integrations; own operational reliability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and recovery. Define reusable patterns, data contracts, mappings, transformations, and partner across teams.
