The role requires Azure, .NET, Windows and Linux administration, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, testing, monitoring, and scripting expertise.

Designs and maintains scalable, secure, multi-tenant cloud infrastructure using infrastructure as code. Owns platform availability, performance, latency, capacity, monitoring, logging, alerting, deployment pipelines, and incident response. Defines SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets with engineering teams, participates in on-call rotations, leads blameless post-mortems, documents systems, and promotes knowledge sharing.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-native, scalable microservices and React micro frontends. Provide technical direction, mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, promote test-first development and CI/CD, and improve performance, observability, and security. Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and align technical strategies with business objectives.

Operate and support ELT pipelines, design and maintain data warehouse and semantic-layer models, create BI data models and leadership reporting, troubleshoot data issues, prepare data for AI workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve analytics infrastructure and recurring reporting processes.

Lead backend engineer owning end-to-end design and delivery of scalable Java/Spring microservices. Mentor engineers, drive architecture and technical decisions, build/maintain REST APIs, optimize databases, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product and stakeholders.
