Teams at AssureSoft

Leads and mentors remote, multidisciplinary software teams while managing project delivery, timelines, risks, dependencies, Agile ceremonies, documentation, stakeholder communication, quality standards, and process improvements. Coordinates with Product, Design, and QA, supports recruitment and performance management, and oversees sprint planning, issue tracking, and reporting.

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and APIs. Build integrations with NetSuite, DocuSign, billing platforms, and middleware. Collaborate with administrators, analysts, and stakeholders through solution design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. Apply source control, testing, documentation, code review, performance optimization, and governor-limit best practices.

Maintains customer and prospect data, updates Salesforce or CRM systems, creates lists and basic reports, researches commercial opportunities, coordinates follow-ups, documents processes, and supports sales operations. The role also identifies workflow improvements and uses AI and digital tools to improve productivity. Candidates should be organized, analytical, proactive, interested in commercial operations, based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and proficient in English.
