Develops, tests, documents, and enhances complex software systems supporting secure cross-domain information sharing. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, system design, coding, debugging, database query development, large-scale data processing, real-time algorithms, integration testing, technical documentation, and providing software team guidance. The role requires experience with object-oriented programming, dataflow, NiFi, SALT, Linux, Roxy, and RHEL 9, along with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Lead capture and proposal efforts for DoD and Intelligence markets: identify and qualify opportunities, develop capture plans and win strategies, coordinate with partners and internal teams, support proposal writing and bid/no-bid decisions, deliver briefings, and maintain partner relationships. Requires cleared candidate and travel.

Lead capture strategy and execution to win DoD and Intelligence business. Build and direct the NCR business development team, develop capture and proposal strategy, manage bid/no-bid decisions, cultivate customer and industry partnerships, and represent AIS at events. Drive integrated solutions from opportunity identification through contract award while ensuring alignment with corporate growth goals.
