Provides technical and programmatic leadership for DoD and intelligence-community computing and communications capabilities. The role gathers customer requirements, evaluates and tests exploitation tools, identifies data sets and capability gaps, recommends engineering enhancements, supports software development, and delivers analyst training. It requires specialized expertise in high-performance computing, multi-domain planning, survivable networking, modeling and simulation, BLOS operations, FPGA and SoC technologies, plus established AFRL relationships and active TS/SCI clearance.

Lead research and development of software for Computer Network Operations and Offensive Cyber Operations. Responsibilities include vulnerability analysis, security mechanism circumvention, CNO capability development, application design and debugging, network and protocol analysis, reverse engineering, low-level Windows and Linux analysis, shellcode development, and virtualized infrastructure testing.

Leads government software quality assurance and test activities, including test planning, readiness reviews, DT&E, OT&E, Cyber T&E, functional and system testing, defect documentation, traceability, and stakeholder coordination. The role supports DoD and intelligence-community systems and requires deep QA/T&E expertise, technical communication, Atlassian tool experience, and leadership of government-facing test processes.
