Supports deal structuring, negotiation, documentation, risk assessment, amendments, waivers, and consents. Collaborates with origination, credit, surveillance, executive, and board teams; reviews credit memoranda; manages external counsel; and advises on legal and commercial risks, including bankruptcy issues.
