Lead the creation and management of a Non-Payment Insurance syndicate at Lloyd's: set underwriting strategy, structure complex transactions, oversee portfolio performance, build teams and infrastructure, manage reinsurance and investor solutions, maintain market relationships, ensure governance and compliance, and represent the business to brokers, banks, regulators and rating agencies.

Originate and execute UK infrastructure project finance transactions, lead deal teams, negotiate with sponsors and funding partners, prepare and present credit proposals, work with Credit/Legal/Regulatory, hand over to Surveillance, and manage junior team development.

Maintain, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft Financials (GL, AP, AM, TR-CM); design reports and SQL queries; lead testing and QA; identify process improvements and integrate AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders.
