Own and administer Salesforce applications in a HIPAA-regulated environment, including Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, releases, security, data protection, and production troubleshooting. Manage Five9, Twilio, OwnBackup, AWS integrations, vendors, and CI/CD workflows. Partner with Operations and Product, translate business needs into requirements, support campaigns and communications, and use AI coding tools and Salesforce AI features to improve efficiency.

Own and evolve the visual expression of Assured Allies and NeverStop across websites, campaigns, sales materials, presentations, email, social, and communications. Design and maintain Framer-based marketing websites, build brand systems and templates, support B2B and B2C audiences, and collaborate with marketing, product, corporate development, and leadership. The role emphasizes accessibility, legibility, typography, brand consistency, process ownership, and thoughtful use of AI design tools.
