Sell extended service contracts for major appliances and consumer electronics through inbound calls. Build customer relationships, identify cross-sale opportunities, resolve billing and contract questions, maintain customer files, process transactions across multiple programs, and meet department sales and performance goals. The role is initially onsite in Rapid City, with remote work potentially available after an agreed period.

Provides HR coaching, counseling, and consultative support to managers and employees across designated business units. Advises on performance, conduct, engagement, policy interpretation, terminations, reductions in force, employment law, investigations, hiring, compensation, and manager training. Uses HR systems and workforce analytics to identify trends, document cases, improve employee support, and inform business decisions while partnering with People Business Partners and other HR teams.

Supports business and technical teams by analyzing requirements, documenting processes and specifications, triaging operational issues, investigating defects, coordinating testing and resolution, and managing risks, dependencies, priorities, and governance. The role facilitates stakeholder alignment, performs SQL and API-based analysis, supports root cause investigations, and recommends process and system improvements across project and operational change initiatives.
