Lead and manage insurance tracking outsourcing operations (Check Recon), oversee cash/disbursement functions, drive productivity and KPI performance, manage staffing and budgets, ensure HR and regulatory compliance, coach and develop supervisors and associates, implement process improvements, and maintain client/vendor relationships to meet contract expectations.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Build financial models, dashboards, and executive presentations. Partner with finance, accounting, and business leaders to deliver insights, support strategic decisions, improve processes, and maintain reporting consistency for Renters Solutions products and clients.

Handle consumer dispute intake and resolution across agencies (CFPB, AG, BBB), research and respond to credit disputes, process credit reporting and audit reports, communicate with clients via email/phone, batch and file documents, and process identity theft and written disputes through various channels.
