Manage and grow relationships with assigned independent insurance agents through outbound/inbound outreach, coaching to achieve sales quotas, onboarding and training new agencies, coordinating with field teams, resolving agent issues, tracking interactions, and supporting sales administration and special projects. Occasional travel for field visits, training, and events.

Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound underwriting and billing calls, diagnose root causes, provide accurate policy solutions, use the policy management system, meet KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and pursue process improvements and career growth opportunities.

Handle inbound underwriting, billing, and policy inquiries; troubleshoot policy management system issues; resolve customer and agent problems with judgment and critical thinking; meet KPIs; collaborate on process improvements; support advancement into underwriting, sales, claims, or operations.
