Leads quality assurance and regulatory compliance for intellectual and developmental disability programs. Responsibilities include reviewing client files, policies, procedures, incidents, complaints, and program data; preparing reports; coordinating licensure and accreditation reviews; tracking corrective actions; training staff; monitoring outcomes; supervising assigned staff; and ensuring compliance with Illinois rules, CARF, BALC, BQMP, HCBS, and agency standards. The role also participates in committees, on-call coverage, client support, transportation, and after-hours program needs.

Manage daily operations across up to seven community living locations for individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include staffing, hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, budgeting, compliance, safety, facility coordination, client service planning, transportation, documentation, incident response, and direct client support. The role requires on-call coverage, site visits, medication administration, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

Manage month-end general ledger close, prepare journal entries and accruals, reconcile A/R, A/P, fixed assets and bank statements, prepare monthly financial statements and audit schedules, handle State of Illinois billing, support Finance team tasks and respond to staff inquiries.

Non-paid internship opportunities at the Association for Individual Development provide supervised, education-related learning experiences during an agreed-upon semester or annual timeframe. Interns develop professional skills, learn about AID services, build workplace relationships, and contribute to their assigned programs. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program, eligible to work in the United States, and meet the requirements of their selected placement. Provides clinical case management for up to 20 clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Coordinates healthcare, behavioral, employment, housing, transportation, financial, and community services; develops individualized strategies; monitors service delivery, client progress, rights, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Maintains case records, assessments, consents, funding requests, and quality reports. Conducts site visits, trains staff, provides direct client support and transportation, administers medications, and responds to emergencies.

Provide mobile crisis intervention and community-based support services for individuals with mental illness. Perform assessments, crisis counseling, treatment planning, documentation per Rule 132, and coordinate care with providers. Work primarily off-site, maintain certifications, meet productivity standards, and participate in team supervision and meetings.
