Provide mobile crisis intervention and community-based support services for individuals with mental illness. Perform assessments, crisis counseling, treatment planning, documentation per Rule 132, and coordinate care with providers. Work primarily off-site, maintain certifications, meet productivity standards, and participate in team supervision and meetings.

Provide IM+CANS reassessments, clinical assessments, counseling, skills training, and case management for adults with persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Maintain documentation, meet productivity standards, track outcomes, and complete required trainings and certifications.

Greet clients, answer phones, support program operations and psychiatric clinic tasks (scheduling, reminder calls). Enter services and scan records into Cx360, complete monthly psychiatric billing, manage office supplies, perform general secretarial duties, and provide Spanish-English translation as needed.
