Non-paid internship opportunities at the Association for Individual Development provide supervised, education-related learning experiences during an agreed-upon semester or annual timeframe. Interns develop professional skills, learn about AID services, build workplace relationships, and contribute to their assigned programs. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program, eligible to work in the United States, and meet the requirements of their selected placement. A resume and recent transcripts are required.

Provides clinical case management for up to 20 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Coordinates medical, behavioral, employment, community, transportation, housing, and financial services; develops individualized strategies; monitors service delivery and client progress; maintains compliant case records; conducts site visits, assessments, quality assurance reviews, staff training, and advocacy. The role also provides direct client support, transportation, medication administration, behavioral assistance, and emergency response while ensuring compliance with DHS, HCBS, CARF, and other regulations.

Coordinates healthcare, behavioral, employment, housing, transportation, financial, and community services; develops individualized strategies; monitors service delivery, client progress, rights, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Maintains case records, assessments, consents, funding requests, and quality reports. Conducts site visits, trains staff, provides direct client support and transportation, administers medications, and responds to emergencies.
