Manages full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, candidate selection, offers, onboarding, background checks, and compliance documentation. Coordinates job fairs, recruitment advertising, applicant databases, new-hire payroll data entry, records management, and recurring CANTS and MVR checks. Maintains employment-law compliance, accurate reporting, confidentiality, and positive relationships with candidates and staff.

Non-paid internship opportunities at the Association for Individual Development provide supervised, education-related learning experiences during an agreed-upon semester or annual timeframe. Interns develop professional skills, learn about AID services, build workplace relationships, and contribute to their assigned programs. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program, eligible to work in the United States, and meet the requirements of their selected placement. A resume and recent transcripts are required.
