Supervises accounting assistants and supports daily accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger posting, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, fixed asset management, audits, and staff training. The role reviews transactions, enforces accounting policies, supports budget managers, improves processes, and coordinates workflow to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.

Supervises accounts receivable operations, including cash handling, invoicing, reconciliations, deposits, aging reports, collections, and financial reporting. Trains, recruits, and evaluates two AR Assistants; ensures accurate workflow, policy compliance, audit readiness, and timely deliverables. Supports process improvements, system updates, budgeting, and cross-functional financial services initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with staff and customers.

Supports the technical administration and daily operations of Canvas, Skillsoft, and related learning platforms. Responsibilities include uploading and organizing learning content, applying metadata, issuing digital credentials, running completion reports, troubleshooting basic user issues, managing enrollments and user settings, conducting accessibility and quality checks, and maintaining LMS documentation. The role also collaborates with learning and development staff on module updates and course launch timelines.
