The manager conducts customer visits, qualifies and advances opportunities through the full sales cycle, maintains Salesforce pipeline discipline, wins new business, expands existing accounts, and cross-sells AMFT’s manufacturing capabilities. Regular regional travel, customer engagement, trade shows, pipeline reviews, and accurate forecasting are central to success.

Quality Engineer responsible for APQP and PPAP documentation, AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports, Certificates of Conformance, customer portal submissions, source inspection support, audits, corrective actions, and AS9100 quality-system improvement. The role supports precision stamping operations in Morton Grove and Milwaukee, collaborates with manufacturing and tooling engineering, and helps structure quality processes for aerospace and defense programs. This is a hands-on onsite contract role requiring strong GD&T, blueprint interpretation, ERP documentation, and independent execution.
