The Electrical/Controls Engineer troubleshoots and programs PLC-based automation, HMIs, drives, sensors, and plant electrical systems. Responsibilities include supporting manufacturing operations, improving equipment reliability, managing capital projects, coordinating vendors and installations, supporting utilities and facility infrastructure, maintaining technical documentation, tracking project costs, and resolving recurring equipment issues. The role requires collaboration with maintenance and production teams and is performed fully on-site in Corry, Pennsylvania.

Drives new business development and account growth across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory planning, customer relationship management, full-cycle sales, negotiation, cross-selling, market analysis, forecasting, and Salesforce pipeline management. The role requires close collaboration with engineering and operations teams to deliver engineered manufacturing solutions, frequent customer visits, and 50–70% regional travel.
