Package finished products to specification, prepare boxes and pallets, perform quality checks and basic measurements, assist production during changeovers, maintain documentation and a clean, safe work area, and follow required PPE and safety procedures.

Perform final visual and functional inspections of finished products, verify specifications using gauges and test stands, record non-conformances, ensure proper labeling/packaging, communicate quality issues, collaborate with production to prevent recurring defects, and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Work on a manufacturing line assembling window components, operating equipment, inspecting product for defects, loading/packing, labeling, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Cross-train across positions and follow safety procedures and quality checks.

Lead daily production operations, supervise hourly employees, meet safety/quality/efficiency/delivery targets, monitor KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime, OEE), enforce SOPs and OSHA compliance, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/5S, coordinate with maintenance and supply chain, and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Pack finished products into cartons, assemble and prepare cartons, assist with line startups/shutdowns and changeovers, perform quality inspections and measurements, record production data, maintain a clean safe work area, and follow safety and quality procedures.

Pack, box, and prepare products on a packaging line. Erect cartons, perform line quality checks, record box counts/output, use tape measure for conformance, maintain cleanliness, and meet quality standards. May assist with startups, shutdowns, and product changes; light lifting up to 50 pounds required.

Sell multiple window brands to distributors, national accounts, and dealers within a territory. Grow market share, build customer relationships, provide product and technical support, maintain pricing and customer data, use CRM and reporting tools, and travel frequently to develop and service accounts.
