Pack finished products into cartons, assemble and prepare cartons, assist with line startups/shutdowns and product changeovers, perform scheduled quality checks, measure products, record counts and production data, maintain a clean safe work area, and follow company safety and quality procedures. Work is on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Perform final visual and functional inspections of finished products, verify specifications using gauges and test stands, record non-conformances, ensure proper labeling/packaging, communicate quality issues, collaborate with production to prevent recurring defects, and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Work on a manufacturing line assembling window components, operating equipment, inspecting product for defects, loading/packing, labeling, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Cross-train across positions and follow safety procedures and quality checks.

Lead operational performance across four window manufacturing facilities, driving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People. Implement Lean and continuous improvement, coach plant leadership, manage budgets and KPIs, support capital and automation projects, and partner cross-functionally to improve productivity, capacity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Lead daily production operations, supervise hourly employees, meet safety/quality/efficiency/delivery targets, monitor KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime, OEE), enforce SOPs and OSHA compliance, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/5S, coordinate with maintenance and supply chain, and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Lead HR for a manufacturing plant, managing employee relations, staffing, onboarding, coaching, performance management, workforce analysis/reporting, HR compliance, and driving engagement and retention initiatives.

Perform packaging line duties including packing boxes, erecting cartons, assisting startups/shutdowns and product changes. Maintain quality standards, cleanliness, perform scheduled line quality checks, measure material conformance, conduct box counts and record output. Must lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety procedures.
