Perform final visual and functional inspections of finished products, verify specifications using gauges and test stands, record non-conformances, ensure proper labeling/packaging, communicate quality issues, collaborate with production to prevent recurring defects, and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Manage site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs in an industrial manufacturing facility. Ensure regulatory and permitting compliance, oversee EHS metrics and data reporting, lead risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, employee and contractor safety, and regulatory agency relationships. Implement training, engineering controls, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs while supporting capital projects and fostering a proactive safety culture.

Work on a manufacturing line assembling window components, operating equipment, inspecting product for defects, loading/packing, labeling, and maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Cross-train across positions and follow safety procedures and quality checks.

Lead the Yuma manufacturing plant to best-in-class performance by driving lean operating systems, improving safety, quality, delivery and cost, implementing KPIs, building and coaching production leadership, reducing turnover, and executing a strategic roadmap for sustained transformation and operational excellence.

Lead plant quality compliance and continuous improvement to enhance product/process quality. Drive root cause investigations, corrective actions, SPC/CpK analysis, ISO-based systems, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Perform physical testing and audits to maintain certifications per ASTM standards, maintain calibration systems, manage inspection logs and non-conformances, train operators, and support ISO 9001 and NCM processes in a manufacturing/extrusion environment on rotational shifts.

Lead daily production operations, supervise hourly employees, meet safety/quality/efficiency/delivery targets, monitor KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime, OEE), enforce SOPs and OSHA compliance, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/5S, coordinate with maintenance and supply chain, and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Package finished products to specification, erect and palletize cartons, perform quality checks and measurements, assist production operators during changeovers, maintain cleanliness and safety, operate basic hand tools, complete production documentation, and support production efficiency and waste minimization.
