Lead application, data, and integration architecture for a $1B manufacturing business. Modernize legacy MES/mainframe systems, migrate workloads to Azure/AWS, define API-first integration patterns (Palantir Foundry), enable AI/ML pilots, and produce target architectures, roadmaps, and reference patterns to improve resilience, observability, and customer experience while protecting plant uptime.

Work on a manufacturing line assembling and operating equipment to produce windows and building products. Inspect for quality, load and pack finished items, prepare labels, and maintain a safe, clean workspace. Cross-train across positions, follow safety procedures, complete production records, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs (80–100 with assistance).

Lead extrusion operations in a 24/7 unionized manufacturing plant, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). Manage supervisors and hourly staff, implement Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement, standardize processes, solve production issues, optimize equipment and staffing, and partner with union leadership to maintain productive labor relations.

Lead daily production operations, supervise hourly employees, meet safety/quality/efficiency/delivery targets, monitor KPIs (throughput, scrap, downtime, OEE), enforce SOPs and OSHA compliance, drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma/5S, coordinate with maintenance and supply chain, and support root-cause investigations and corrective actions.

Lead HR for a manufacturing plant, managing employee relations, staffing, onboarding, coaching, performance management, workforce analysis/reporting, HR compliance, and driving engagement and retention initiatives.

Perform packaging line duties including packing boxes, erecting cartons, assisting startups/shutdowns and product changes. Maintain quality standards, cleanliness, perform scheduled line quality checks, measure material conformance, conduct box counts and record output. Must lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety procedures.
