Design, implement, and deliver production-ready embedded C++ firmware for autonomous heavy equipment. Develop device drivers, HALs, and robust interfaces to sensors, actuators, and communication buses. Ensure deterministic real-time behavior, safety, reliability, and field observability. Lead hardware bring-up, debugging, HIL/validation, telemetry, and fleet-scale firmware deployment. Mentor engineers and improve firmware CI/CD, testing, and architecture.

Drive revenue by growing channel partnerships and direct enterprise accounts for AIM's heavy-equipment automation platform. Build and enable resellers/OEMs/integrators, lead sales from discovery to close, maintain post-sale relationships and CRM, collaborate with product/engineering/marketing, and travel regularly (30–50%) to customer and partner sites.

Lead AIM's global operations and scale the organization, owning execution across customer success, finance, legal, risk, distribution, talent, and safety for autonomous heavy-asset deployments.
