Designs and delivers rugged mechanical systems for autonomous heavy equipment, including sensor mounts, compute enclosures, structural brackets, safety housings, and environmental protection systems. Responsibilities span CAD, FEA, prototyping, testing, failure analysis, manufacturing documentation, vendor collaboration, cross-functional integration, and field debugging. The role also mentors engineers and improves mechanical engineering standards, validation practices, and design processes.

Design and build production-grade TypeScript React applications and a robust design system for safety-critical Operator UIs and a multi-tenant SaaS portal. Implement 3D scenes, real-time data flows, teleop controls, and observability; lead architecture, code reviews, and collaborate with deployment engineers to iterate from field feedback.

Lead complex, cross-functional programs spanning hardware, robotics, autonomy, firmware, embedded systems, and cloud infrastructure. Define roadmaps, requirements, success metrics, and execution mechanisms while managing risks, dependencies, testing, deployment, safety, and customer readiness. Partner with engineering, field operations, OEMs, vendors, and customers to deliver reliable autonomous heavy machinery programs across global deployments.
