Lead discovery with finance and executive stakeholders, conduct payroll and ERP integration workshops, manage implementation kickoffs, guide project delivery, travel to customer sites, deliver training, build ROI cases, identify expansion opportunities, and create technical handover documentation. Use AI tools to accelerate workflows while validating all outputs.
