Monitor systems, train staff, manage trackers, review regulatory agreements, support audits and special projects, ensure HUD/state/local program adherence, and assist with lease-up/acquisition processes. Lead and scale a global FP&A team to deliver financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI and executive reporting. Partner with business leaders on metrics, provide strategic financial guidance for investments and growth, improve forecasting systems and processes, and support executive decision-making.
