Designs, develops, and implements secure, scalable, high-performing data platforms and workflows. The role shapes data engineering architecture and technology decisions, establishes coding standards, conducts code reviews, and performs hands-on engineering. It collaborates with database, software, product, and AI/ML teams, improves data delivery processes, mentors engineers, and aligns data initiatives with business objectives.

Support suppliers in responding to compliance requests by communicating through email, chat, and conference calls. Troubleshoot requests, educate suppliers, validate compliance documentation, and ensure data quality. Collaborate with Program Success on customer campaigns and supplier issues, provide language support in German, assist with webinars and sales calls, and mentor Supplier Support Agents when needed.

Senior technical specialist managing Tier 3 escalations for a SaaS supply-chain platform. Diagnose complex issues via read-only code review, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, mentor junior support staff, analyze support data to drive product improvements, and design AI-driven support workflows using tools like Forethought AI to automate and elevate customer experiences.

First-line technical support for midmarket customers and suppliers: handle inbound/outbound inquiries across channels, troubleshoot using SQL and AI insights, document cases, resolve routine to moderately complex issues, escalate to Tier 2 when needed, meet SLAs/metrics, participate in training and 24/7 shift coverage.

Design, build, and operationalize enterprise-scale AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agent-based architectures). Deploy and manage multi-agent pipelines, integrate agents with APIs and microservices, implement guardrails and Responsible AI controls, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable AI features.
