Manage corporate insurance programs, employee benefits, workers’ compensation, claims, risk mitigation, renewals, compliance, contracts, budgets, and reporting. Coordinate with brokers, carriers, benefits providers, legal counsel, HR, and leadership. Ensure coverage adequacy, regulatory and contractual compliance, timely claims resolution, cost control, and effective open enrollment. Support audits, subcontractor insurance tracking, and workplace safety initiatives.

Support and administer the Navy Reserve’s NALCOMIS logistics management environment, including NTCSS virtual environments, virtual machines, OOMA and OIMA servers. Perform system and database administration, maintenance, security updates, backups, software and virus-definition updates, system monitoring, documentation, and user training. Provide technical support to aviation support departments, fleet readiness centers, and squadrons while following system administrator guides, technical manuals, directives, and local procedures.

Provides end-user support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, devices, business applications, and Windows/Microsoft 365 infrastructure. Supports cybersecurity controls, cloud and on-premises systems, business automation, websites, software applications, and generative AI initiatives. Develops technical training and knowledge-base content while assisting with system monitoring, maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement.
