Provide senior program management support for directorate-wide aviation R&D with emphasis on technology transfer. Draft and staff CRADAs, joint work statements, test service and no-cost demonstration agreements, and sensitive data exchange agreements. Support planning and negotiation with for-profit and non-profit partners, contribute to T2 policy development, and deliver technology transfer educational programs.

Implement QA, QC, and configuration management for technical data packages. Review mechanical and electrical drawings/TDPs, maintain configuration control (redlines, ECPs, design changes), act as configuration authority for customer program teams, and provide strategic QA/QC/CM recommendations.

Serve as senior liaison and program integrator across MAD divisions. Manage projects end-to-end: track requirements, risks, schedules, budgets; prepare GO/SES-level status, ROM, and PSR updates; coordinate meetings; identify perturbations and implement corrective actions; oversee and mentor junior staff.
