The role requires clear communication, strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and availability for in-office 24x7 rotational shifts, including nights, six days per week.

Lead and unify product, brand, and marketing design under a single vision. Hire and scale multidisciplinary teams, evolve the design system, set quality standards and operating rhythms, and partner with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing. Split time between leadership (60%) and hands-on product design (40%), ensuring consistent brand integrity across markets and channels.

Lead end-to-end product design for Aspora's fintech platform: conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, evolve the design system, mentor designers, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and deliver consistent accessible experiences across mobile and web.
