Lead end-to-end training and quality assurance for CX operations, designing onboarding, product/compliance training, and quality frameworks. Manage Quality Auditor team, run calibrations, translate audit insights into coaching and process fixes, and publish T&Q scorecards. Partner with compliance, operations, and product to embed regulatory requirements and measure training effectiveness through assessments and performance tracking.
