As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable systems for Aspora's fintech platform, ensuring high performance and reliability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Run intraday liquidity, FX execution, and foreign inward remittance operations end-to-end. Maintain working capital models, prefunding schedules, reconciliations, and exception management to ensure timely settlement and corridor performance. Partner with Head of Treasury and Finance to scale treasury infrastructure across multi-currency, multi-rail corridors.

Partner with a product team to define metrics, build funnels, run rigorous experiments, build propensity and churn models, perform P&L and corridor-level transaction analysis, and create production-grade BI dashboards and instrumentation for fintech products across remittance, banking, and wealth.
