Manage the complete HR function in a manufacturing or textile environment, including HR operations, payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, PF/ESI administration, recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR reporting. Coordinate with Accounts, EPFO, and ESIC authorities while using Zoho Payroll/HRMS and Advanced Excel.

Assist with monitoring textile production, supporting production planning, coordinating operators and department heads, maintaining records, ensuring quality and safety standards, and reporting issues. The role includes learning production processes and SOPs, working shifts, and supporting smooth day-to-day manufacturing operations.
